To obtain this award work all 50 US States while operating as pedestrian mobile. For mixed mode the basic certificate will be issued. Endorsements for working all one mode will also be issued. Each award will have a number on it. This will be your GORC WAS PM Number. Please include $5.00 for the printing and mailing of your award payable to Edward R. Breneiser.
